Vivian Scott brings a special brand of understanding to her work as a Life and Empowerment Coach.  As CEO of Eternal Vision Enterprises, she desires to share her enthusiasm for helping others to live the life that they were meant to live -- a fulfilling and abundant life filled with God-given purpose.  Vivian renders a high-energy message that encourages people not to settle for mediocrity, but to identify and reach toward those things that people are passionate about.  It is those things, she says, that we are really born to do.

Raised in a low-income, single-parent household in Cleveland, Ohio, Vivian has seen and experienced what many people go through when they feel as though they are stuck in a situation and have no options, let alone the ability to choose what they want to do with their lives.  It was this experience that caused her to determine in her heart that she would do whatever it took to overcome and break the cycle of poverty, disillusionment and lack of hope that she saw and dealt with every day.  Believing that, "opportunity always involves some risk; you can't steal second base with you foot on first," she encourages people to take risks that move people out of their comfort zones and into the possibility of a new reality -- often one that is more fulfilling than they had ever imagined.  Scary? Yes.  Worth it?  Absolutely!

Vivian currently holds a Master of Education degree in Adult Learning and Development, with a specialization in Career Development, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work, both from Cleveland State University, and both obtained after a divorce while parenting three children.  She is also an ordained minister, and is currently completing certification in Mediation and Conflict Resolution.  She is author of the e-book, You Can't Reach the Top of the Ladder Unless You Step Up! and is working on two soon-to-be-released books, The Hard Truth About Finding a Job in a Tough Economy, and Yes You Can, But Only if You Think You Can.   She is also the founder of the Women of Vision Empowerment Network International,  an online network designed to bring women together with the information and resources they need in order to reach their personal and professional goals.

Vivian has 15 years of experience in Educational, Non-Profit and Social Service environments, serving people who have dealt with and overcome challenges in the areas of homelessness, mental health issues, substance abuse, college access for first-generation college students and adult students, career transition, divorce, relationship transition and domestic violence.
